Q. What are the charges for signing up and using Wi-Fi service?
A. Absolutely Nothing! You can enjoy i2e1 wifi free of cost.

Q. Is there any upper limit of data usage or can I download unlimited data?
A. Yes, depending upon your location there might be certain data limits. You will be able to see your data limit and session time limit once you complete your login process. We also use advanced traffic optimization technology to provide you the best experience. Hence, sometimes your download limit, internet speed, etc. may vary depending on the number of users connected to the network and their usage.

Q. Will my device automatically switch to i2e1 network if I enter an i2e1 hotspot?
A. You will need to log-in through your mobile number and be authenticated through one-time- password (OTP) every time your session expires. This is to ensure compliance with the governing rules and laws. However, once you have logged in to i2e1 network, you can get automatically connected to our Wi-Fi signal. You may still have to go through the authentication process.

Q. How long is my OTP valid for? How long will my session last?
A. Your session validity will be shown to you once you log in. This may vary between 1 hour to 28 days depending upon plan chosen by the location owner where you are using Wi-Fi .

Q. What should I do if my OTP is not accepted?
A. You need to request for a new OTP if the last one was generated more than 1 hour ago. If it's a new OTP, go back to the log-in page and key-in your phone number again. If you still don't get the OTP try switching off your phone and switch it back on and try to log-in again. If the issue persists, please misscall our customer care on +91- 88803 22222

Q. What should I do if I do not receive an OTP within 5 minutes of entering my mobile number?
A. Sometimes receiving OTP may take some time depending on your mobile network. Go to log-in page and make sure you have entered your phone number correctly. If you have entered your phone number correctly and don't receive your OTP within 5 minutes, go back to the log-in page and key-in your phone number again. If the issue persists, please call our customer care on +91-88803 22222.

Q. Why are you asking for my mobile number? Who will have access to my mobile number?
A. As per TRAI regulations, we need to authenticate every user trying to access our network. We authenticate users through OTPs which is sent to the phone number provided by users. Your trust is important to us, which is why we don't share information we receive about you with others unless we have received your permission and/or given you notice, such as by telling you about it in our privacy policy . We may share this information with our partners who try to provide you with relevant and innovative features and services as per terms of use agreed by you.

Q. Is the connection secure? Can I do financial transactions on this network?
A. i2e1 platform is completely secure and reliable. It has even obtained Security Socket Layer (SSL) certificate. You can confirm the same by looking at the i2e1 log-in page url - it begins with 'https'. You can do any financial transaction without worrying about the security of the connection.
